Anyone notice constant DPC latency spikes with windows 10? I never had this issue on Windows 7. With 7 I never had a spike above 100.. Windows 10 I am hitting 1000
Nope - which utility is telling you these spikes are happening?

So what problems is that causing?
Yup, this is the thread I remember most:I remember people complaining about this DPC latency issue with 8 too. Personally I never noticed it or had an issue with it. I'm still on 8 though not 10.
Have no idea. Was posting here to see if others have found a solution or know why this is happening.
Does Latency Mon come in a portable exe? Don't feel like installing it
I wouldn't call it a problem if it causes no noticeable ill-effects.
What sprung this post was the stutter that I noticed while paying Rising Storm for the first time since I updated to windows 10. Normal desktop things won't suffer but if one is sensitive to stuttering in games than in your words it's an ill effect.
That was my question: "So what problems is that causing?"
Your answer: "Have no idea."
I would say "the stutter that I noticed while paying Rising Storm" a problem.
Now, is the stutter from less-than-stellar Windows 10 video drivers? Hmm.
What type of stutter is it: audio? video? ethernet?
I've searched a little. Tried the "bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes" in Admin creds and no luck
