Ok, I wrote the county a letter with help of a friend who's really talented at formal letter writing. I'll see how it goes. They'll either reject the complaint or issue a notice of infraction.

 
from the law, usually it's regarding non-commercial property...if you purchased/leased after the clinic was already there, then it's your fault really...this is how a lot of bad leases are put into play, it's up to the leasor to figure out the surrounding territory.

I'd personally speak with the clinic and see if a happy compromise could be made....I am sure they have some places the 'loud' dogs could be placed that don't leak to the 'vent'.
