The syringer banning was all just an act. I don't think he did anything to deserve being banned (apart from being an attention whore, but that's not bannage material). So the mods fake-banned him and he now posts under a new identity so that he doesn't have to deal with all the "spider" posts. If I had to take a guess, I'd say that Hi = syringer, I have no proof of this, as per any good conspiracy theory.
