Finland has a population of $5 million. That's the population and size of Alabama. USA pop is 333.3 million with a southern border where the entire southern nations try to migrate to USA daily.
I used to be so optimistic around Bernie time. The single payer just won't be implemented here. There is just too much money in PBM, managed care, and prescriptions. I don't see the droves of multi billion dollar companies disappearing (CVS, Cigna, OptumRx, etc).
I should know, I'm in healthcare development.
