Question Consolidate multiple IPs as Proxy server

My ISP allows me to get multiple public IPs from a single modem. There is only one Ethernet port on the modem, but if I connect 5 devices to it via a switch, each will have it's own public ipv4 address. IPs are dynamic but stay reserved for a while to the last accessing MAC address.
I want to dedicate a PC to act as a proxy server, allowing remote connection to these IPs.
Please give me your suggestions how can I do this, as my networking knowledge is not that good and I have no idea how to approach this. I'd prefer to make this on Windows OS without coding, but any information and guidance will be of great help!

I do not know how such system works in your geographical environment but I would Not be surprised that such an arrangement is highly insecure.

You might be better of connecting one computer to the Internet and use a Router to create regular Local network consists of the rest of the computers.

What you need has nothing to do with proxy servers. And you should't put any devices directly under constant attack by giving them public IP addresses.

You need business class router / firewall.

Cheapest one probably is Ubiquiti EdgeRouter.

According to Ubiquiti, it works on all models of EdgeRouter.

So I understand what your ISP allows you to do (I wish mine did!), but I'm not exactly sure I follow what you want to do. Do you want one system to be accessible from the outside that has access to the whole network? Or do you want remote access from each of the IPs? And what exactly do you want to be accessed remotely? I think there's 100 simpler ways to do what you want.

That's on me. I will try explaining in more detail:
I can install a proxy server like CCproxy on my home PC and then connect through it from anywhere in the world like any regular proxy and browse the internet with the IP of the home PC.
I want to do this not for one IP but for 6-7 IPs that I can all get from my ISPs modem on the same cable just by requesting them with different MAC addresses.
But I don't want to connect 6-7 PCs and install a proxy server on each one of them and have them always on, I need a solution, if possible, to do this from one PC.
I did try running Virtualbox and since it makes its own virtual adapter it did get a new public IP, but running 6-7 VMs is still not viable.

Gotcha. Okay, so it's actually pretty simple and doesn't even need additional IP addresses. Just get into your one system and remote desktop to the other systems once inside your network--simple!

You have: ISP--modem--LAN (of max 5,6,7? devices)
You should have: ISP--modem--Router--LAN (of max many devices)

The router could have multiple addresses on its outward interface(s), but that is tricky. The easiest method is indeed via virtualization.

How can you be in 6 or 7 places around the world at one time? Sounds like you want to offer your connection to others in a sharing arrangement to bypass some sort of TOS or UA.

Not necessarily. This is what is known as a 'multi-homing' setup and is common for servers.
