Consider this: LT on the Lions

No, the Lions have bigger problems. LT is amazing, but one person, not even him cannot make a bad team that much better.

Also remember, a RB is only as good as his O-Line. The Chargers have one of the best O-Lines in football which adds to the reasons why LT is so great. Without the O-Line of the Chargers LT is still a monster, and a pain in the rear to take down, but isn't nearly as productive.

If he could bring Lorenzo Neal with him for blocking, maybe. :p

Nope, not even close. Lions O-line is horrible. However, the amount of injuries this year is absurd. 14 guys on the IR, and most of them are starters. The Lions aren't that good to begin with and definitely don't have the depth to replace those injuries. But LT wouldn't find any holes to run through because the O-Line is that bad. Although it would be interesting to see if Martz could live up to his hype of being a guru on offense to see what kind of stuff he could come up with for LT.

They were a playoff team at least. Plus, I believe Barry Sanders is a better back than LT.

I think as far as running, yes. As for Sanders being an overall better asset, I don't think so. LT could hurt you with the run, the pass, and the catching, even though he doesn't really do the passing all that often. But with the passes that he did make, defenders would has to at least have that in the back of their minds.

Are you retarded? He's made 7 completions in his 6 year career. He's not a threat to pass by any means of the word.

As far as receptions goes, both LT and Sanders are roughly equally as productive.

I dunno if LT can help the lions make the playoffs. The confuse the hell out of me. When they played the Chicago bears yesterday afternoon. They actually played a rather decent game, came so close to winning. I thought the bears would have whoops the lions a**. But when the lions play a sh*ty a** team, they somehow find a way to play like utter crap.

Don't let that Bears game fool you. Bears were resting a lot of their regulars on defense.
