It goes beyond that, they believe that every single minutiae of their lives is planned by their "personal friend".
No; the bible talks about making choices, which would be impossible if it's already set in stone.

This reminds me of a story about some dudes arguing outside a mosque about the religious significance of taking ones shoes off before entering, and meanwhile, some other dude with no shoes to take off enters, prays, and has his prayer answered.

One group of imbeciles argues with another group of imbeciles about the nature or absence of God, while, in another state of consciousness entirely, the meek, too downtrodden or too humble to have any opinions, arguments, or rat ionizations, too simple and honest of spirit to contest, go straight to is feet and find their hearts filled. And this happens and will continue to happen even though the noises of imbeciles continues to fill the air.

Seek and you will find. Think you have found, you have your answer. It is a fool that goes to a well to fill a jar full of sand.

The only thing worse than being a Republican loosely associated with religious kooks is being a Democrat and loosely associated with you.

I would vote for Hitler just to piss you off, Jokus.

We knew that already. You are a libertarian and that's what they do, vote one way or another for the greater evil. Of course I say this just to piss you off.

Tell it to the evangelicals.

The second i start caring about the actions of a worthless subhuman idiot such as yourself is the second i stop caring about politics. Oh no, the most useless poster on the forum who i dominate in arguments, boberfett, would vote for hitler. Even if it weren't a hypothetical, you honestly believe that would make me mad? L - O - L.

Also, 'natural monopoly' (which is code word these days for 'i own your soul') :)

Really? If it's not set in stone, how come God already knows what will happen every instant of existence from now until the end of time?

Maybe...just maybe...God doesn't fit into your little box....just a thought.

There have been many rewrites of the stories for political purposes. So another one shows up.

I see you still haven't looked up the term to know what you're talking about.
