It's simply a way to cast shade on a once popular republician. It lends vindacation to the weak minded.

I'll bet you voted for her, too. The GOP mostly covered up the fact that she's a cray-cray fundie whack at the time. I mean, who could forget her inspiring endorsement of Trump?

She still draws a crowd. Sarah! Sarah! She's one of us!

Well I can understand how conservatives would be irritated at the subject of Sarah Palin, the whackadoodle conservative that largely "helped" McCain lose his bid for the presidency rearing its humiliating ugly head again.

I just don't have any sympathy for those that thought it was a really good idea to have a hoochie mama knucklehead become McCain's running mate.

And now, and now they've went about and elected "The Father of All Knuckleheads" as a followup act.

I mean, just when they could'a recovered from that debacle with Palin the Turkey Butcher they went for the money laundering Putin loving wealthy spoiled brat dictator to represent their interests.

You bet'cha, they really went full derp on that one.

Why not? They used to spoof her marriage all the time, with Jason Sudeikis portraying Todd.

I just don't see it. It's a kicking-while-down thing. Though if it's more about Todd taking the freedom road and enjoying his new middle-of-life dudebro existence (wait, he's always been one of those Lindsay Graham-type gay guys, right?), I could see them doing that.

For a group of people who had a thread in this forum, whining about conservatives talking about AOC, are still obsessed with Sarah Palin.
Conservatives should talk about AOC as she's the first liberal on the Dem's roster since Kucinich lost his seat. Conservatives should also talk about Palin and examine the corruption in their souls that led them to support the loon.

The Sudeikis portrayal already kinda fits that theme, so it wouldn’t be that much of a stretch to what they’ve done before.

Fact was.... Sarah Palin was only a gimmick, a stunt pull off by a very desperate John McCain.
McCain was up against a rock star, a history maker, the possible first black president ever.
How could John McCain compete with THAT?
How?
Well, he couldn't other than with a gimmick, thats how.
There is no way Sarah Palin or any other potential McCain vp choice could have saved the campaign of John McCain. Or handed McCain the presidency.
Sarah Palin never deserved to be elevated to such national exposure. She was just fine as the little old governor of Alaska.
Sarah may have been terrible as a candidate and a huge disgrace to many, but I don't blame her.
I blame John McCain for "using" Sarah Plain as a gimmick and a stunt and.... as a prop.
The experience was not good for Palin and as much as people dislike her, she really didn't deserve what she ended up as.
The fact that old John McCain would even try this stunt in the first place tells more about the lack of integrity of old John than the lack of ability of Sarah Palin.
People may be grateful that Sarah Plain never became VP, but frankly America should be even more grateful that John McCain never became president.

pS. If John McCain had not "used" Sarah Palin, her divorce would not even be news AT ALL.
We'd be saying WHO? is getting divorced and from whom?
Who the hell is Sarah Palin, we would ask.

Nope, didn't vote for her. On my list of people that don't matter, she shares a line with the Kardashians.
The only reason she was mentioned here was so that you fellows could somehow feel vindacated by her family problems. I guess if that's what gets you through the day it's not such a bad thing, but I find it petty.

Your horse, it seems so tall. Watch out for nosebleeds.
