Well you're at $941 and there is a rebate on the 7600.

Get rid of that POS Hiper PSU. There's plenty of better choices that will still keep you at or slightly below $1000 total cost.

Ditch that PSU, get a 400W one for $20-$30 less.

You've got $60 free (ignoring shipping).
Add in $50 for the 6300.
Add in $25 for a 400W Enermax liberty.

$135 to spare.

That'll buy you 2GB of RAM ($50), and get you nudging the XFX 7900GT for $232 ($90 more). Or you could save a bit more and get a P150 a decent case with a decent PSU for $140, That saves you even more money.

This is about what you described still over a grand though...

This is one of the best deals on RAM right now. Very good stick too. Everything else looks fine, but you might want to opt for a coolermaster centurion 534 case for $50 after MIR and an enhance 5140gh for $68, saving you $12 right there.

EDIT: You save $22 with my case/psu suggestion.

That brings you down to just over 1K and don't forget the MIR on the 7900GT, which the list doesn't take into account.
