Connection speed problems after SP2 install?

seems like I get lag spikes more often now that i have sp2 installed. Is this common?

I suppose the new incomplete connection limit could be doing it, esp. if you were running p2p in the background or something.

try reinstalling your network adapter card driver or looking for a new driver on their website - had same problem and that fixed it for me

Now, it could just be conincidence, but i'm positive my speeds when down around the time I installed SP2. I installed newer nforce drivers as well but the speed hasn't really changed. I have an abit nf7-s 2.0 mobo btw.
