Connection problem

Hey guys Ok this is my problem sometimes i just radomly loose connectiong but im still connected on my modem but when i restart its fine the connection comes back on its getting to be a problem any idea what could be wrong ?

have you got the 'disconnect if inactive' enabled?

where do i check that ?
