connection problem w/ BF2

I keep gettin dropped w/ the message ""Your connection to the server has been lost" after connecting to the game where the squad/kit menu shows up. EVERY server i tried i'm getting the same thing! my video settings are set to low and i'm connecting through a wireless router to broadband cable internet.

ATI Radeon X600Pro AIW PCIe
