Connection lost randomly

What could be the problem? I just bought brand new RJ-45 cable cause I have had these problems earlier too. Well no help... Windows still losts the connection pretty randomly and when I try to login (DSL connection) back on, it says my name and password are wrong (I guess it's cause I have logged on the network but the system hasn't yet registered that I have actually dropped offline?)

I also checked if Windows turns off any network cards on its own but it didn't help either.

Sys specs:
A64 3000+ Venice
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
2 x 512Mb
Integrated network card

PLEASE help! :/ I'm clueless
