connection keeps dropping after configuring WPA

Here's the thing... I have a wireless-g router. But I have wireless-B USB adapters and a wireless-B game adapter. I recently configured WPA on the computer (along with no SSID broadcast).. now at random times the connection will just drop. It wont' actually say it drops on the machine with the wireless-B USB adapter, but I will have to unplug the USB adapter and then plug it back in to get the internet working. It's very annoying. What is the problem here? I never had these problems before I used WPA. Is WPA not compatible with Wireless-B hardware?

thanks in advance

Turn on SSID broadcasting...without it, connections can become very unstable.

When the connection does drops, what is the output of ipconfig /all?

It might be a Good time to upgrade.

Many Old 802.11b do get out of line when Encryption is used.
