I have a computer that currently had Windows ME on it. But it's not a Full Version OS. I used the WinME full version code and WinME upgrade this to install it. My connection didn't allow the receiver buffer with my 56K modem. Can you please help me to solve this out ?
PS: I tried many ISPs such Netzero, Juno, Compuserve. The Netzero connection sometimes allow me to use AOL Instant Message and surf the web. Others just not receive bytes.
