connecting two network by bridge in xp?

I have two networks
network 1 has computer A B C and network 2 has computers D E F
both computer A and D have two NIC.

How should I setup in order to get everybody to access everybody else's computer?
also, how about internet sharing.

I actually have done this. Everything is working just fine except that I couldn't send email in hotmail server.
