Connecting to X Server with WinXP

Is there anyway to connect to an X server running on a linux box using Windows. I am familiar with SSH, but is there a Windows program that supports X and say SSH so I can access files and programs through X?
 
As far as accessing an X Server from Windows, use VNC, but X doesn't work the same way because you're running a new instance of X, instead of connecting to an existing one.

As long as you run the X Server as a user who has access to your files and programs you shouldn't have any trouble.

Okay, heh. I dont think that will work. Here's the deal. I have some emails on my computer, in Austin. I need to read them, but I am in Houston. I have ssh running and an X Server. But thats it...

Just use SSH to browse the mail? What is your mail client in Linux?
 
As Ameesh suggested, you could try Hummingbird Exceed, but that seems like a lot of hassle for such a small request. How is your mail set up? What protocol do you use?

I am just using pop3 and smtp and have it set to download the mail to my computer instead of keeping it on the server because we only have a 10mb account limit on the UT mail.
