Connecting Soundcard To 5.1 Speakers With 9pin DIN audio jack??

i have a sonic fury 5.1 sound card and i need to connect it to the amp/subwoofer of my 5.1 speaker setup. the socket on the subwoofer is a '9 pin DIN jack' which is for all the ac3 channels combined. so i need a cable to go from the soundcard to this socket. does anybody know what specific cable this is?
