Connecting an Audigy 2 ZS to external mic/headphone jacks help needed!

I want to connect my Audigy 2 ZS to my cases external connectors. The idea is to leave my surround speakers hooked to the rear connectors on the card, and be able to plug my headset in the top of the cases panel. I think the pins on the card itself are digital outputs only, and I can't plug the cases connectors right to it?
There must be a molex type connector or something that would work.

I tried using a usb adapter on my headset, it works, but I get conflicts and in games etc. it locks up in a "sound loop".

My alternative is to buy a better usb headset as a last option.

Little better instructions here. MCH Custom Computers makes an adaptor cable for front panel connections.
