I just re-installed Windows 2000 Pro on a computer I have connected to the Living room TV, after it was very unstable and at some point Windows gave an error on load.
Everything is installed now, but I just connected a second hard drive (both are SATA), it's 250GB that already has files on it, but windows doesn't recognize it.
The BIOS does recognize it.
I know on WinXP I had the same situation with connecting a drive that already has files on it and it was like plug and play... Just appeared in My computer.
Isn't this the same on Win2k?
I've tried going to Admin tools->Computer Managment->Storage and it's not there either.
Any ideas?
