I just connected it to my VIVO Video Card, and i have the audio going to some headphones. What program do i need to view what is being played. Any free ones would be fine. Also any ones that i can download would be fine. I just want one that i can watch my VHS movies on.

UPDATE: Well im viewing it through Windows Movie Maker but it is in Black and White. Is there any way for me to make this Color. Can someone recommend a program if there is no way. I dont cre about the cost too much but i would like to stay under 40 around 20 is preferable.
