Connect video game console to tv tuner

**I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this under, but I felt that this was the most appropriate**

Ok, so I'm trying to connect my Nintendo Wii to my Dell XPS m1530 laptop through the AVerTV Hybrid NanoExpress tv tuner card I purchased. It has the RCA inputs and everything, but I can't seem to get my computer to recognize the Wii when it is connected. I've been trying to use the standard Windows Media Center, but I'm not sure that the program is capable of playing video games on it. Is there another program I need to be using in order to get the laptop to recognize the new input, or am I just doing something wrong?

I'm not sure about your specific setup, but with alot of modern input cards there's a delay that might mess you up a bit. If you can get it working in the first place that is.
