Connect router WAN ports

Can I connect 2 Linksys routers (befsx41 & befvp41) by their WAN ports in a classroom setting to simulate seperate citys? Would you use straight through cable?

WAN port of a Cable/DSl Router is an Uplink type.

ComputerA------Router1-------Router2------ComputerB

where:
ComputerA connects to LAN side of Router1 by normal patch cable
ComputerB connects to LAN side of Router2 by normal patch cable
WAN side of Router1 connects to WAN side of Router2 by crossover cable
ComputerA: 192.168.0.2
Router1 LAN: 192.168.0.1
Router2 LAN: 192.168.1.1
ComputerB: 192.168.1.2

I need ComputerA to be able to talk to ComputerB

No need to use the WAN port on the second router unless you just don't have any LAN ports available. I'd be interested to see if it worked either way. I'd think your router would need to support RIP or some other routing protocol, not just NAT'd addressing.

I need to simulate real world in a lab, so I need routers to see each other through the WAN. Then I need to VPN from router to router.
