Connect Creative soundcard to case front panel ?

Hi everyone,

Do anyone know how to connect a creative sound card to the front i/o ports on a regular case ?

I have a sblive 5.1, Audigy, & Audigy2 Zs ...

I'd like to connect the headphone & mic to the front panel i/o of my case's ...

Well I've found this:

But I was trying to use the ide type connection that's on all the cards.. sblive, audigy 1 & 2 ...

So you'd connect #21 & 22 to the mic

and pins # 25 & 26 to the headphone ? correct ?
