This was my thought. This is Arizona, we pride ourselves on being the most gun friendly state in the nation. You can't tell me the shooter was the only one armed.

Show me where the majority of the founding fathers advocated assassination of political figures to further the democratic/republic agenda. Further, show me where that has been prevalent throughout our history.

hopefully Rep. Giffords pulls through. Some sources are saying doctors expect her to pull through. My thoughts go out to all the victims and family.

Doctor is talking now. 10 patients, 1 dead. Doctor says the one who died was a young child. The doctor says Giffords was shot in the head and the bullet went through and through. He says he optimistic about recovery. 4 others are critical in surgery. The one who died was a 9 year old.
