I havent heard they have been having jamming problems, but I havent looked into it, either. AFAIK, they mainly need to reduce the weight, increase battery life, and possibly reconsider the KE half. A 10" barrel used to fire a 5.56mm NATO round doesnt give it enough speed at the muzzle to fragment after entering the target, thus reducing lethality significantly. I think the easiest fix is to change caliber for the KE carbine. Maybe to either the 5.7mmx28mm to go with the high speed, small cal option, or back to 7.62 NATO (which I dont think is going to happen).

i consider there are actually four classes of people that have weapons in the united states:
criminals, law abiding citizens, police, military.

now, we know that criminals will get any type of weapon that they want, but how often will they be using these kinds of weapons? for bank robberies? they definitely would not invade your house with an uzi. that's why i don't see any reason for law abiding citizens to have these kinds of weapons.

now for the police, i think that's a different story, i dont mind them having weapons that at least match what criminals would have, but they could only be used in special situations.

As for an Uzi, do you even know what it is? In it's previously legal form, it's simply an oversized semi-automatic pistol that shoots the same bullets as any other 9mm semi-auto. It was banned because it looks scary, nothing more. Mechanically it is no different than a Beretta or SW.

It has NEVER been legal as a fully auto weapon in the US.

Maybe you should learn about guns before you advocate bans on them.

Honestly don't know what the Sheriff in Tarrant County does with apps, I understand that it helps to live in a rural county.
