not bitter. just annoyed that every member of the media has been on usc's balls all season nonstop.

we will see who the better player is on january 4.

Well, they HAVE won 3 thousand games in a row now.

No, I am not a USC fan at all. I can't stand them and hope they lose next year. (I got money on them destroying the Horns)

But in all seriousness, Reggie Bush is far and away the greatest college player I've ever seen since Barry Sanders.

Vince Young played into the 4th quarter in 7 of 12 games and played the entire game 3 times.
Reggie Bush played into the 4th quarter in 7 of 12 games and played the entire game 2 times.
When Vince Young was pulled during the third quarter, Texas lead by an average of 47 points.
When Reggie Bush was pulled during the third quarter, USC lead by an average of 35 points.

Vince was also the QB so of course he would be pulled later than Bush.

Everyone says that VY would be a shoo-in in any other year. But then this was the most unanimous vote in Heisman history. It just doesn't add up.

Look, even UT fans will admit that Bush deserved the Heisman - he's a great player. But to split the votes 91%-9% for Bush over VY, its a joke and a clearly disrespects Vince and his accomplishments. For Vince to go down as the biggest Heisman loser in history is an embarrasment to the award. Can we finally put to rest any talk that it's NOT all about media hype nowadays?

I have no problem with Vince Young being pulled later, but whiney Texas fans shouldn't say him getting pulled early cost him the Heisman because he wasn't pulled earlier and it didn't cost him the Heisman.

no you didn't vince Reggie had a better year

Yeah, I didn't understand that either. He played as well as a QB can play...it's just that Reggie Bush is a special talent.

he also basically guaranteed Texas beating USC too today 😉

That's real smart, guarantee a win against a the 2 time defending national champions riding a 35 game win streak with the last 2 heisman winners on the team...

I think he probably lost the love when he lost 66-19 to USC...
