Amazing achievement JWM!:D
How many mbrds died for the cause?;) (I have one under my belt so far , a Chaintech 6BTM)

You've come along way from those old days! :D

Hmmm...fixed caps on one Soyo BX board, trashed another and I think David had two of mine go out. That would make four, but I've not had one CPU bit the dust. I had one melt an Alpha heatsink, but the chip still works. It is welded into the socket! :) Crunches 6 to 7 WU/day.

Yep, 2 Intel boards gave up the ghost, one had a CPU fan (Golden Orb) come apart and caused a Cap burnout on the MB (The CPU survived), the other recently had Caps get pregnant (another Soyo board). But they were good soldiers and contributed to the goal.

Well I did a bad thing and "Assumed" the CPU was toast too when I ordered a new MB and CPU but when I got the new MB I popped in the old CPU and was pleasantly shocked to see it survived.
