Since there are a number of different manufacturers for the Nvidia graphic cards, each of them provide their own drivers. Now, my question is that, do they continue to support and coming out new drivers or we should go to Nvidia website for new driver when it is available, does installing nvidia driver (denotator) give any conflicts?

Stick to nVidia's reference drivers unless you need something specific to your board that nVidia doesn't support.

I am thinking of getting the Gainward GeForce 4 Ti 4600, so when I install it, i should just get the nvidia driver without using the driver Gainward provided then?

Check out their website. Some manufacturers list which iteration of the nVidia reference drivers the manufacturer's drivers were derived from.
