Confusing Road sign

should have a "keep right" sign or "do not merge left" sign but in all seriousness, that road/intersection area is just asking for accidents.

I take it as one way street to the right...and no jumping the island through the sign into the oncoming traffic 😉

makes sense to me... 😕
its in regards to the turn immediately behind it, which you would not want to enter. the road in front of it is where you can turn, of which I am assuming has a sign before it as well.
in all actuality the turns should be separated quite a bit more. that's where florida truly screwed up, much like in michigan where an entrance ramp must merge with a 30 feet or so because staying in that lane would have you exiting nearly immediately.
exiting and merging on from a ramp in michigan can be confusing as scary.

That reminds me of the time my wife and i came across a flashing green traffic signal. So...

flashing red: treat as a stop sign. Stop, then proceed when clear.

Flashing yellow: Proceed with caution

Flashing green: 😕

Is it me or did the car in front of you just turn into oncoming traffic?

😛 Ya it looks that way but traffic was back up so they were not moving and made a little crack so cars can get though to the other side
