However, I know you guys have lots of ideas, lets here'em.

Simpler is good (cheap?)

1 lb of turkey pastrami = $4
2 sleeves of costco bagels = $3
1/2 lb of sliced cheese = $2

slice the bagels, add the pastrami, cheese on top and throw that into the preheated (425 degree) oven until the cheese melts. You can eat for the whole week!

99 cents for a box of pasta
99 cents for pasta sauce
99 cents for some ground beef or pork

3 bucks and that'll feed 3-4 hungry guys

you can also add some shredded cheese if you want

Also, if you like rib sandwiches, you can get some in a big box, but I'm not sure what they're called, I'll have to check.

Get a friend (or roomate) who works at Dominos or Pizza Hut to get you $3.00 large pizzas like I do. Ha theres always the Easy-Mac or Romin. Go the Hyvee or whatever grociery store is closest to you and look for easy food to make.

cook asian rice (the kind that is fluffy) with some seasoning and pan fry some chicken breast with spices and you have another quick easy meal

Po' Man's Chicken Fried Steak

top sirloin steak - $3
flour
oil (canola)?

take your steak and put it in the freezer for a few hours - just long enough for it to get firm
slice the steak into thin strips (1" x 3" x 3/8" thickness)
flour all sides
pan fry those strips in the hot oil - no deep frying!

eat with ketchup and white rice. yummy.

do you stir this up at all or just leave layered?

Easy one.

Get a bowl, pour in some rice. Add equal ammount of water. Get a bag of frozen veggies, and dump some of those in too. 6minutes it's done.

Dump in a can of tuna, then some pepper or whatever you want. Shreaded cheese works well here too.

Got clean carbs, soild proteins, good fats, minerals and vitamins, and it doesn't taste bad either.
