Knowing that its not me,

Did you make sure? Because if I were you, I would've made sure, first. You never know, your outlet might've been a bit extended by your head, what with your Kerry-supporting. 😉

Nah, obviously you are overwhelmed with the Bushshit you hear everyday, thus assume the same for others.

🙁

...baaa.

How do you know he likes water then? 😛 He just jumps into the bathtub and rolls around? 😛

be careful, if your animal can't take that kind of body heat loss and dies from pnuemonia, nobody will be laughing then.

I bathed her in really nice warm~hot water and put her in a towel, and kept her in there for 45 minutes 🙂

It's advisable to wash cats, especially younger, more tender kittens, in boiling water, as their internal temperature is very high. I've also heard that bullion of any sort in the water helps their skin.
LMAO.. :Q

He sits in the sink waiting for water to drop out of the faucet.
When he was young we tried to spray water in his face as a punishment but he loved it.
He'll stick his paw under running water.
But the main reason I know he likes water is almost what you said...if we leave the bathroom door open a bit he comes in and gets into the bathtub while someone is showering.

My mom found this out the hard way when she was in the shower once and all of the sudden the water was spraying in a different direction. She looked up and my cat was balancing on the shower rod, playing with the water! I think she nearly had a heart attack.

Oh, and his name is Obi-Wan Kenobi

BMdoobieW, your cat is skinny! Mine is faaaaat. But i like 'em fat, better to snuggle and squeeze. I'll get pics of her when i get a chance.

My cat took a big crap in the box I brought her home in. We were in the car about 30 minutes, but she couldn't hold it. It was very cold outside, so I couldn't roll the window down to get rid of the stink. After rolling around in her dump for 20 minutes, she was pretty much covered in it.

She went straight from the box to the shower.

Hahaha. A cat I used to have did this once, except it was all over his rear. He was dragging his backside on the carpet..lol. After that I often called him ca-ca butt. 😛

BMdoobieW-

One of my current cats, Felix, does something very similar. He doesn't actually get in the tub when I'm showering, but he does stick his head in and hang out in between the two curtains on the side of the tub. As soon as I pull back the curtain, he's up on the side rubbing on me. After a few minutes he seems to be confused as to why he is suddenly wet and promptly start cleaning himself. He does this like every single day...lol. 😀

LOL reminds me of the time i was visiting my parents and brought my dog with me (she was only a few weeks old at the time)... halfway there, she pooped in her crate, and it was seriously the stinkiest crap ever. She was rolling in it for a good 10 mins before i got to my parents, then got my dad to bathe her.

That's nice.....

Anyhow, yeah Hardcore, my cat is pretty skinny. I like him just the way he is 🙂

Our kitten just burst.. 5 new mini-kittens came out of her! She's some kind of zombie-cat!

The horror!

pics to come 🙂

If you get your cat accostomed to taking baths/showers they get used to it. My cat doesn't even scratch when I take her into the shower with me. I just towel her off and she lays against something warm (usually me) until she dries.

Heh, that'd be pretty cool. I should try that with one of the new kittens! 😀

When they get a little older of course....
