I have access to 4 systems with the Asus CUBX and burners between myself and some friends. All 4 systems load Adaptec, Nero, and all other CDR software exceptionally slow. Hard drive performance is also not where it should be in other applications, but is especially apparents loading the CDR programs.
Not only is this the case on all 4 systems I've tested, but I've also found a few posts on the web about it. However, I have yet to find anyone who knows of a fix. Is Asus aware of this? Does anyone know? This is ridiculous...this board has been out for months...there should be a solution out there.
