Configuring Prime95?

I've installed Prim95 to test my dual core opteron overclock, but have no idea how to set up the program. IS there a guide somewhere that explains this, or could someone talk me through it. Thanks, Rob

Run a small FFT and set the affinity to core 0, copy the program to another folder and do the same with core 1.
