Ok I was wrong. Google says a standard condom is 8 inches long. From the graph in the big penis thread, that would be more than 2 standard deviations out. Less than 3% of all men can fill out a normal size condom.

I think that google chart is bias against Africans and African-Americans. The penis size for a lot of these men is 7 inches, average.

I can tell you I'm not 8 inches, but I roll it out all the way. This is using most popular brands of condom too.

You're always supposed to leave the first half inch to inch at the tip free to "fill". So really there are only 7 useable inches then in terms of penis coverage.
