Hi, i ended up to a conclusion myself:

B1 use C1 with G1
B2 use C2 with G2

Then G1 handjob B2
And G2 handjob B1

Then B2 masturbates G1
And B1 masturbates G2 (With fingees/hands only)

So they are all able to do sex, there is not write they must penetrate.
Masturbation is still sex, after this nobody will get AIDS or exange body fluids each other
