I guess he figures voters will put aside the Levy scandal and focus more on his congressional record.
Yeah, right. :)

Well that way he will spend a lot of his money. What an IDOIT! He can't think he can win. If he does win I swear I'm leaving California and the USA and going somewhere else!

Californians are among the dumbest members of a dumb electorate. Right up there with NY.

i dont know what to think, Bill Clinton did the same as him and still had a high approval rating, difference is he had a relationship with somebody that is now missing. The police dont think of him as a suspect, and i would have to think that if he had any connection to it he would rather fall out of the public eye and not run for re-election. California has been highly represented by democrats and many probably want to keep as many of them within congress. we'll see what happens.

<< Californians are among the dumbest members of a dumb electorate. Right up there with NY. >>

Why's that, because he's foolish enough to think he will win? I'm in his district and I can assure you that he wont even win his party's nomination. We have a guy from Merced Named Cordoza that is very popular that will whoop his punk ass in the primaries and a very popular Republican State Senator named Dick Montieth who would whoop his punk ass if by some chance he would beat Cordoza. Both Cordoza and Montieth are good men and either one would deserve a nod over that fruitcake.

Condit is history, the sad part he's about the only one who doesn't realize it. Trust me, you won't have to look at that sleazy smile after next years election.

After census last year the district lines are being changed a little bit, and when the districts are reaportioned I will be in Condit's district if he wins......I doubt he will be reelected though...

Hey even we have our limits of what we will put up with here on the Left Coast. It wasn't some Washington Bimbo he was fooling around with, it was a local gal from his district. Usually a Fox doesn't crap in his own hole. This fox defecated in his den big time

I thought he was in your district Red. I was curious to see what you would write about him. Did he ever admit he was having an affair with the Levy woman? I can't remember. I do remember his kids showing a little bit of character by resigning when Grey Davis didn't exactly come out in support of their dad. I also remember seeing the daughter on Larry King and she was hot looking. He sure did some goofy sh!t after the Levy woman came up missing. Chip off the old Clinton block.

I saw the daughter on Larry King also. The son was on that same week. I dunno why but it kind of gave me the willies hearing them call their dad by his first name all the time. Just seemed too strange.

Was it just me or was she hot? And yeah I forgot about the first name thing. I've always thought that was strange when people did that. Especially younger children.

He was more conservative than old Bubba. He was what they call a Blue Dog Democrat. He use to whoop ass on all comers in the elections. He'd get 60% of the vote regularly. Not this time.

He's like a pariah around here and throughout Ca. politics. If he wins re-election it would be a miracle (and incredibly lame of the voters)

Definately a looker. Couldn't help thinking that her dad was boinking someone roughly the same age as his daughter. I know it happens all the time but never quite with the same amount of publicity.
