Nbc had two loyal audiences, now they have one, and that's not going to cut it (unless they come up with another late night hit to absorb the audience that doesn't care for Conan)

As for Schaffer and "cornerstone", please explain (or link?) for my edification. I know he's talented and respected but not much else about him.
