I am looking for a consumer watchdog site or somthing like I have seen in a couple pc magazines where people write in.
My monitor is switching to a black screen every now and again, and I have yet been able to contact anyone about an rma # or technical help at all.
My monitor is a Nokia 445pro. The Nokia monitor line was aquired by Viewsonic and they do not offer any support for Nokia products. They gave me a number to call but I can not get through to a person even after being on hold for a hour. They have the option to leave a message but no one has contacted me. This would all be so much easier if I had held on to my reciept but I lost it like a dumb@ss. Anyways, know of any sites/places I could write to that would be able to help me?
