Compy Won't Boot!

So I removed and replaced the RAM, video card, PSU, and CPU heatsink/fan yesterday to move all of it to my new system. (and the heatsink/fan because it was broken.) I replaced all of the said removed parts and I appempted to boot up...no dice. I'm thinking that it must be something that I did to the CPU while removing the heatsink. The motherboard is getting power, as evidence of the fans spinning. I've tested the HDD along with all the other parts seperately and they all work fine. What do you guys suggest doing to figure out what the source of the problem is?
