They have to fix this.... 🙂

Well, technically, to make a mistake you must have some preconceived goal or desirable endpoint. How can a computer make a mistake if it has no comprehension of such?

Hate the dumbed down BSODs since XP.

NT 4.0 had the best BSODs!
Bring back the wall of text!
The most stupid thing about BSODs, apart from having no error messages at all, is having such long error messages that either the system reboots before the user gets it all down or the user just CBF getting anything down because it's a huge wall of text with questionable relevance to anything.

On a server where it needs to come back up ASAP it makes sense to have auto restart enabled. On a PC/workstation auto restart should always be disabled for that very reason. 🙂

MS should have played along with the fact that everyone calls it BSOD and have it look more scary. Perhaps skulls and stuff. Think it would be cool.

I am the Lorax. I speak for the trees. I speak for the trees, for the trees have no tongues. And I'm asking you sir, at the top of my lungs - that thing! That horrible thing that I see! What's that thing you've made out of my truffula tree?
