Computer wouldn't boot Windows, pissed me off, now won't load BIOS

So, after shutting down seemingly fine yesterday evening, I get home today to find out that it's going the whole FVCKING "detecting IDE drives" and taking like 2 minutes, then "verifying DMI pool data" and taking 3 minutes and then finally "DISK BOOT FAILURE".

So now after having a sh!tty day and smacking it around some (this is problem number like fvcking 90 in the last week), it won't load the BIOS. I think I know which one is the CMOS jumper, set that, nothing.

Ideas?

In other news, who wants to buy an Antec Aria case? 😀

I had a similar problem where the computer would spend a few minutes detecting the drives. The problem was that the motherboard was set to manual harddrive detection and configured with the wrong ones instead of automatic. Automatic results in slower boot times but fixes this problem. I hope this helps
