Computer won't wake up?

Ok, so I'm running windows MCE, which has been running fine until lately... Sometimes now when the computer wakes up, my monitor (dell 2005fpw) doesn't seem to come on... the power light is green, but then quickly goes back into the orange standby mode... Moving the mouse around seems to have no effect, though i can hear the sounds of the actions of my mouse clicks (from speakers, not the physical clicking of the mouse)

The only thing i've changed recently is i switch from the logitech cordless mx desktop to the cordless mx3000...

Do you all think it sounds like a monitor issue? a vid card issue?

I'm not sure how, but i reduced how often it does it... still does it occasionally. I installed the latest nvidia drivers and changed cables
