Computer won't turn on! Help..

Earlier today, I unplugged my computer while it was on (stupid I know), because of some issues I was having with my mouse/keyboard. Now, I can't turn it on.

It is an Asus A8N motherboard, and an Antec Neopower PSU. The green light on the motherboardis on, but pressing the power button does nothing. I tried unplugging the computer and letting it sit for a while. I also tried unplugging and rechecking all connections, but nothing seems to help.

The strange thing is, about a year ago I had this same problem, I shut down my computer, and then it just wouldn't come back up. Eventually it started working again (I think after unplugging it and letting it sit for a bit), but this time, it still won't work.

Any ideas?

I tried using a screwdriver to short the power connection. I also tried taking out the CMOS battery, and resetting CMOS.

It is currently plugged into a UPS, but I also tried a wall outlet.

You mean on the UPS? Everything works. The green light on my motherboard (system standby) is lit too, so even the mobo is getting power.

Well, I tried an Enermax Noisetaker 600w I had at work, and it is working with it. So I guess it was the PSU. Damn thing isn't even a year old.
