Computer won't start

Just got a new motherboard. It started ok at first, but while I was messing around in the bios setup, it just turns off suddenly. Now, it won't even start. If I let it sit a few minutes then press power, it will sometimes make the cpu fan jump slightly, but still won't power up. Can anyone help?

Reset the CMOS and that will return the BIOS to default settings.
Look it up in the motherboard manual.

Thanks. It was the freaking power supply. Died that fast. Terrible.
