First off, here is my system:

K8N Neo2 Platinum
Athlon 64 3500+ Winchester
BFG 6800GT OC
WD Raptor 74GB
Seagate 160GB
2X512 Crucial PC2700
Antec TruePower 450W

Here is my problem. I just got a BFG 6800GT OC and have been playing with my system, trying to get it to work at peak efficency. Lately I have had problems with my computer locking up. Sometimes it does it out of the blue and twice is has happened during Doom3 and Warcraft 3. I have updated all of my of my drivers, including video and chipset. I just restarted my computer after installing all the updated chipset drivers and it wouldn't boot into windows. It would go to the "Verifying DMI Pool" and then restart itself. I let it loop like that for 3 times and then decided to power down and then power back up. When I puch my power button, the case fans and my CPU fan twitch and then nothing happens. I am thinking that perhaps that my power supply has gone bad but its less than a year old and Antec has always made great Power Supplies. Any suggestions would be greatly.

Just out of the blue eh? Do you have a different computer to test the PSU on? Also Antec has 3 year warranty so just send it to them and get a replacement :) But make sure its the PSU first.

Turn off the PSU unit. Let the motherboard lose its charge. So lets say a good 15 seconds before reboot. If it starts - go directly into the BIOS and set it to its default.

If it still doesn't work, use the CMOS clear jumper if it has one, or remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes before retrying.

What do you mean by "playing" ? Overclocking? RAM timings?

By playing I meant that I just tried a few memory timings. I just wanted to see what I could get out of my old memory. I have decided to RMA it and see what happens.
