Computer won't start, what's the prob?

When I press the Power button, everything starts, I hear the beep but nothing appears on screen??? Everything is hooked up correctly... The fans are also running, just no image...

here are the specs:

ASUS P2B
PIII 450MHZ
128MB PC100 GENERIC
VOODOO3 3OOO AGP
15GB QUANTUM AS
8X PANASONIC CD-ROM
SOUNDBLASER16 ISA
10/100 DLINK NIC
FLOPPY

Please tell me what to check! thanks....

You get a no sync or similar message from the monitor so that at least you know the monitor is hooked up correctly? If so, maybe it's a bum Voodoo card for AGP slot.. I had a board with a bad AGP slot once, just got it replaced and it worked fine. Could be a bent pin or something. Got any computer components sitting around for test puproses? Like a PCI vid card or extra board ?
