Computer wont POST

I put my computer together and it POSTed 2 times and when I changed the FSB from 100 to 110, it won't post anymore. Anyone have some help for me. I am using an asus a7v133 with a TB 900. Thanks

took out my litium battery so I hope that will clear all my settings.
