computer won't load window

ok so i just upgraded my stuff but once it gets past the normal "dos" boot screens, it goes to a black screen where i guess it tries to load windows, and then for a split second i can see an xp blue screen. but right when it shows my computer reboots.

if i boot into safe mode, it loads all those files, and then it reboots. (no blue screen) the last file it tries to load when trying safe boot is amdagp i think.

please help, it was very discouraging putting my stuff together and having it not work, heh.

That's normal for Windows, it's not your fault. Put your old motherboard back in long enough to back up your files onto CD's or something, then put in your new hardware again and start Windows Setup from your Windows CD-ROM. Be careful of the risk of Internet worms with your "raw" Windows installation, since it'll be vulnerable to them: more info on that
