computer won't boot/beep

Well, it went down like this;

I replaced my 7600GT for my 8800GTS 320MB, and now my system won't boot. I'm perplexed. Everything is plugged in right. I've tried trouble-shooting everything, booting with just cpu, ram, video card connected to the mobo, and still nothing. I tried booting without any video cards, nothing. Tried putting my old 7600GT back in, still won't boot. I really need some help here D:

Yeah, I'm getting power and everything turns on. The thing is, when I turn on the computer, my monitor doesn't show anything, just hangs.

Try re-setting CMOS (either a jumper, reset button, or remove the battery). If the reset doesnt work, the motherboard is shot. i have had that happen to me with 3 MSI boards (dont buy MSI!!!)
